The Land Surveying firm of Stephen Sehnert, Applied Earth Technologies, has provided comprehensive surveying and mapping services to numerous clients for over thirty-five years. The firm offers in-house services or acts as lead professional when a project requires the services of more than one specialist.

The firm is located in Baldwinsville, New York, a small but rapidly growing village about 10 miles northwest of Syracuse. The firm has provided surveying and mapping services ranging in size from the small residential lot to the 2300 acre community - Radisson. Clients include individuals, developers, municipalities, educational institutions, public agencies and local, state, and federal government. The practice is predominately land surveying but also includes topographic surveys for architectural and engineering design, photogrametric control surveys and accident surveys.

The firm was established in May of 1971 with the acquisition of the records of three former surveying firms dating back to the 1920's.
