AET specializes in property surveys involving waterfront properties. AET has extensive files for surveys along the original Erie Canal (Clinton's Ditch), the Improved Erie Canal (see photo at right), the Oswego Canal, and the Barge Canal.
AET has over 35 years experience in the planning, sustainable design, survey, mapping, and construction layout of residential subdivisions. Gidding's Crest, Fairway's North, and the 2,000 acre new community, Radisson. AET also offers complete inhouse services for residential subdivisions that require the design of subsurface sewage disposal.
AET maps (topographic) hundreds of acres each year for projects such as Village of Waterloo's Canal bike path, Syracuse University's Green Data Center, and a snow mobile accident site in Oswego County.
All field work is under the direct supervision of Michael Connor, LS. Mike has been with the firm since 1977 with a short break to obtain his AAS in Surveying Technology from Alfred State.
